Walk as much as you can!

I have decided to stop taking hCG drops. In 4 weeks I didn’t lose any weight and I started feeling week. I am never going to be on a diet again. I have decided that sport is the best way of losing weight and stay healthy, at the same time. I am not recommending the hcg diet drops to anybody, especially to people who have illnesses. If you don’t have time to go to the gym, I suggest you to walk as much as you can.
